Who needs a wedding certificate in GCC?

|

1. Get a wedding certificate to get a spouse visa for your partner

Whenever you live together as a couple in any of the GCC countries (UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, KSA) by law you used to need to be married. Nowadays it’s not a requirement anymore but to be able to provide a spouse residence visa for your partner you still need to be officially married.

2. Get a marriage license to have a baby

Another option to be married is for couples that are planning to have a baby. Once again it is forbidden by law to give birth without being married.

If you want to live with your partner, if you want to have a child, you will be requested to get a wedding certificate.

Why getting your marriage license online?

The math is simple here. Firstly, you will only need your passport and a some help from our side with the process. Secondly although is seems a little pricey you save money on plane tickets, hotels etc. You just go on with your regular life while we are working on your wedding certificate. And once you receive it, in about three weeks from the day we start, you will be officially married and the document will be completely legalized and valid.

Planing to take your relationship to the next level and move in together? Or maybe even ready for a baby? Write “Yes” below in the comments and we will get in touch with you!
