The future is here: From online weddings to Online Metaverse

The wedding industry has advanced greatly over time and continues to do so. Couples are opting for more convenience and bespoke, one-of-a-kind memorials than traditional weddings.

Prior to 2020, an online wedding was not considered a legitimate option. Although during Covid; many activities moved online including online wedding without travel. Countries around the world including the UAE, have made it legal for couples to hold online marriages.

Lets talk about the future weddings from online weddings to online Metaverse.

What is online Metaverse

Mark Zuckerberg announced the online metaverse as the next step in social networks. 3D spaces will allow you to socialize, learn, work, collaborate, and build your own unique avatars in ways we can’t even imagine.

With the majority of us spending the majority of our time online, Metaverse is here to bring virtual reality and genuine human connections together. In a nutshell, it’s the concept of a centralized virtual world, a “place” that exists alongside the real one.

Your online wedding in the online Metaverse world

If you’ve ever contemplated having your online wedding via Zoom with all of your friends and family there, this is the place to be. In the online Metaverse world, you may host your wedding in a virtual area and invite all of your friends and family members. You can even get a wedding ring for your partner which has real NFT value and propose to her in front of your family.

You can also make eye contact and interact with your guests as if they were present in the room. Use QR codes or GPS data to create your wedding experience zones in specific areas. Collect digital items to create your own virtual space. Alternatively you can also plan your wedding on the beach, in the mountains, or by the sea.

Concluding on the first online Metaverse wedding

The Metaverse is a crazy new realm of virtual experiences, and Easy Weddings is honored to be hosting the first wedding and wedding packages in the Metaverse. Our founders, Florian and Liz, are well-known in the wedding business, particularly for assisting expat couples in tying the knot.
