Abu Dhabi Added Seychelles to its Green List

There is good news for all Abu Dhabi residents who desire to get married in Seychelles. Because of COVID-19, Abu Dhabi had placed Seychelles on its red list. Citizens of Abu Dhabi were unable to marry in Seychelles because of this restriction. But that is no longer the case. Continue reading to learn how to travel between these two regions as Abu Dhabi added Seychelles to its green list.

Travel between Abu Dhabi and Seychelles

International flights are now available to and from Seychelles and Abu Dhabi. While both residents and visitors are welcome to enter Abu Dhabi, severe security measures like PCR testing and quarantine are now in place. However, you can now travel between these two places without being quarantined only if you are vaccinated.

If you come from a country on the green list, you won’t have to go through quarantine in Abu Dhabi in that scenario. There is now also a list of green nations, regions, and territories that are permitted to visit Abu Dhabi and it includes Seychelles.

How to Enter Abu Dhabi?

You will need to follow the following rules strictly if you want to enter Abu Dhabi.

You’ll need to have a PCR test with negative results or you will need to show the negative results of the DPI test. Any of these tests must be taken in the last 48 hours of your departure.

When you arrive at Abu Dhabi Airport, you will be given a COVID-19 PCR and a heat screening checkup.

Requirements If you are a Vaccinated Traveler

When you have been fully vaccinated against coronavirus and travel between Seychelles and Abu Dhabi, you will not require quarantine. Please keep in mind that your last dose of vaccination must be induced at least 28 days before traveling.
